Care instructions

Headphones: It is recommended to store the headphones in a cool, dry place. The working temperature should be maintained between 0~45°C(32~113°F). Avoid using the headphones in environments with extreme temperatures, high humidity, or low air pressure, as these conditions may reduce battery life.

Please note:

• Please keep the product away from heat sources, direct sunlight, flammable gas, and liquids to ensure safe use.
• Before charging, make sure the charging port is completely dry to help prevent any damage.
• You can clean the headphones gently for daily care, but please avoid rinsing or soaking them, especially near the microphone hole, to protect sound quality.
• Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the headphones, keeping them fresh and comfortable to use.
• After exercise, allow the headphones to air-dry naturally before charging to prevent sweat from entering the charging port and causing circuit damage.
• If the headphones haven’t been used for a while, give them a full charge before using so they’re ready to perform at their best for you.
